Konosch formwork
The Konosch system is a formwork system for residential and utility construction. It allows for rapid on-site construction of concrete walls and floors. The steel formwork is individually prepared for each building project and delivered to the construction site. The specialised fitters from our service team provide support for the project from start to finish.

Wall formwork and tunnel formwork
Konosch features two types of formwork:

Our wall formwork for cast concrete walls.
For smaller, more varied projects involving more than 18 housing units, formwork construction using Konosch wall formwork combined with precast wide slab flooring represents an effective building technique.

With our tunnel formwork, you can pour a wall and the floor above it simultaneously.
Tunnel formwork can be utilised for larger builds involving more than 40 residential units. Pouring a tunnel guarantees a high quality, stable framework with static dimensions. Using the steel formwork results in a smooth, flat concrete surface that requires virtually no finishing work.

Modular construction
Konosch products are constructed in modules. This modular construction allows for the transport of large quantities of formwork on a semi-low flatbed. This helps to keep transportation costs down. The wall formwork is delivered to the construction site fully ready for use. Holes are provided in the formwork for accessories and installation fixtures.

Working with Konosch formwork is very user-friendly. Additionally, various modifications can be made on the structure.

After the formwork has been used on a project, it is overhauled so that it can be used again. The thickness of the steel surface ensures that any deformation is minimal, resulting in a long product lifespan.

24 hour cycle
The Konosch building system is based on a 24 hour cycle. This means a fixed daily production rate with predetermined building times resulting in optimal daily work routines.  Working using a process-based system instead of a project-based system results in a rapid building cycle that saves money. In addition to formwork, Konosch also provides any required supervision for the building process.

Continuous quality
Konosch constructions are high quality products. The steel used is smooth and its durability means it is not prone to distortion. The surface of the poured concrete is so flat and smooth that practically no finishing work is needed.

Safety
Safety is our priority in every phase of the construction process. All products are delivered in a condition that allows construction crews to safely work with the formwork elements. You are also provided with detailed instructions and instruction manuals.
