Model 3000 wall formwork

In addition to the model N-1200 wall formwork, Konosch has also developed a new wall formwork system: Model 3000. In this formwork, new insights regarding labour, flexibility and quality have been combined with the proven qualities of the current system. Moreover, Konosch took on board user input in developing the newer model, taking user-friendliness on the construction site to a whole new level.

Improvements compared to the N-1200 model:

  • The basic height of the wall formwork is 2900 mm, in connection with the new Buildings Decree.
  • Wall formwork easily provided with steel attachment accessories (or wooden ones supplied by the client).
  • Up to a casting height of 3500 mm, only two centrings are required.
  • The shell plating thickness is 5 mm for a longer lifespan and better (surface) quality.
  • At the level of the casting height strip there is 8 mm thick shell plating which serves to prevent damage.
  • A standard pattern of apertures is provided to attach the casting height strip
  • The underside of the wall formwork is provided with a corner profile of 150 mm, allowing the wall formwork to be positioned “around” prefab elements (balconies, etc).
  • The lowest centre pin is positioned at 570 mm on the underside of the wall formwork (about 600 mm from the cast floor) for a better ergonomic position.
  • Both centrings are accessible from the work floor and prepared for the centring of the Model 3000 tunnel formwork.
  • Standard option for suspending centring fixtures.
  • Each wall formwork element is provided with fixed hoisting points.
  • Hoisting lengths of up to 16800 mm possible (depending on crane capacity).
  • Platforms and adjustable frames are collapsible so they can be easily transported and utilised at locations where space may be limited.
  • Adjustable standing jacks (mechanical operation possible).
